Needle valve for fine-tuned LPG and NH3 pressure and flow control

A needle valve is a great device to accurately control gas and liquid flow and pressure. By spinning a wheel or handle, you can move the internal plunger (the 'needle') up or down to gradually regulate the flow - from 'off' to maximum. Therefore, needle valves are highly recommended for protecting delicate gauges in pipework from damage caused by pressure surges. Needle valves are mainly used in low-pressure gas and liquid systems and where throttle service is needed.

What is a needle valve? A needle valve is similar to a shut-off valve and differs only in flow direction and its enhanced control of flow and pressure. You can regulate a needle valve manually or automatically by using a variety of actuators and thereby compensating for the changes in differential pressure.
